The Netherlands - free shipping on orders € 50

Belgium & Germany - free shipping on orders € 100

UK - free shipping on orders € 150

Rest of the EU - free shipping on orders € 200

USA, Canada & Mexico - free shipping on orders € 300

Rest of the world – All shipping orders € 40

Your package will be delivered within 2-3 working days after you place an order. Please note: with pre orders the package will be send 2-3 working days after the stated delivery date.

A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Online orders can’t be returned to our Postal address.

Please note: always include your ordernumber(s) when you make a return to us.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 30 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.
